During the press conference in the CCS president of the public fund of the Eurasian expert council, manager of the Civil Alliance of Kazakhstan Chingiz Lepsibayev has spoken about how the NGOs are planning to participate in implementation of five institutional reforms.
"Within 100 institutional steps it's planned to create public councils. They exist, but for the most part they are nominal. Under the new law, which was passed in November-December last year, it's planned to create public councils absolutely for all central government agencies and Governor's and Mayor's Offices. And for this novel the solution to these legislative councils will be formed with the representatives of the public", he has said.
According to the speaker, any citizen will be able to monitor the work of the central government agencies and local government offices.
